Eligible applicants can receive as much as $125,000. Application window runs from July 22 to October 15.

USDA Announces Additional Aid to Ag Producers and Businesses in Pandemic Assistance for Producers Initiative

As part of the Pandemic Assistance initiative announced in March, USDA pledged to continue Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP) payments and to provide aid to producers and businesses left behind. Implementation of the assistance announced today will continue within 60 days to include support to timber harvesters, biofuels, dairy farmers and processors, livestock farmers and contract growers of poultry, assistance for organic cost share, and grants for PPE.

The Langdale Center for Forest Business has released its 2020 Revision of the Property Tax Incentives for the Georgia Landowner. This 192-page free PDF is a review of all the ad valorem tax incentives offered by the State of Georgia to Georgia Landowners.
