With support from USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, Seven Rivers RC&D will present a virtual workshop on USDA conservation programs for small diversified farms.
Brent Biles from Rolling Branch Farms in Berrien County, Georgia will discuss conservation practices and NRCS programs on his family farm, which specializes in pecan, citrus, and cut-flower production. Charlie Grace, USDA NRCS Outreach Coordinator for South Georgia, will discuss conservation initiatives that benefit small, beginning, and diversified farmers.
The workshop will take place on March 31, from 10:00 am-12:00 pm over Zoom. There is no charge to attend.
