Calling all farmers, ranchers, activists, and community organizations to attend our virtual workshop about "Leveraging Federal Programs"

The Charles Sherrod CDC and Southwest Georgia Project are partnering with USDA Farm Service Agency, USDA Food and Nutritional Services, Georgia Department of Health, and Southern SARE to hose a free online workshop for small, limited-resource, new, and socially disadvantaged farmers.

Presenters will discuss available grants, EQIP, Conservation Stewardship, Farm to School, WIC and Senior Market programs for farmers and an update on the American Rescue Act! This workshop will support new and beginning farmers and organizations actively working to help our farmers prosper.
